With 15 years of investment banking experience advising companies on strategic financial transactions, Adel developed expertise in finance, business advisory, client management and most importantly leading and mentoring teams.

Adel is looking to acquire an accounting, bookkeeping and tax firm to continue advising and empowering small businesses while preserving and growing the legacy of the sellers.

Adel is the Founder and President of Empower Capital Solutions, a financial advisory firm that focuses on raising capital and providing fractional CFO services.  Prior to Empower Capital Solutions, Adel was an Executive Director at Perella Weinberg Partners, a global boutique investment bank.

Adel received a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
